With These Recipes In Your Hands, You Can Achieve The Best Health Of Your Life, Be In The Best Shape Of Your Life And Experience More Energy Than Ever Before… Let Me Show You How…

Dear Reader,
My name is Nikki Young, author of the Paleo Cookbooks. Before I introduce you to my delicious paleo recipes, I would like to tell you why following a paleo diet is so very important to your life.
By eating foods provided by Mother Nature – foods eaten by our hunter-gatherer ancestors that are specifically for the human digestive system – you will begin to experience wonderful, natural and lasting positive improvements to your health. As you will soon find out, thousands of people have followed the paleo diet using the same ingredients I have used within the Paleo Cookbooks, and have subsequently achieved greater health and wellbeing than with any other methods they have tried before.
I want to tell you straight off the bat that the paleo diet is not a diet designed by diet doctors, faddists, or nutritionists; it is a diet designed by nature. It is not the latest weight loss program or celebrity diet that leaves you craving sugar-laden foods. The paleo diet is the diet the human body is supposed to follow, and as such, all the positive results gained from eating my paleo recipes seamlessly fall into place:
  • Increased Energy
  • Increased Sex Drive
  • Clearer, Smoother Skin
  • Weight Loss Results
  • Better Performance and Recovery
  • Stronger Immune System
For the last five years I have been helping people get their lives back on track. I help people achieve higher levels of energy, teaching them how to eat more nutritiously on their own and educating them on the importance of following a healthy diet. My clients have achieved fantastic results in their health, including losing unwanted body weight, clearing up acne, fighting allergies, curing insomnia and achieving high levels of fitness and general well-being.
I’ve been offering nutritional education and seminars to everyone from the average Joe to qualified personal trainers, nutritionists and beauty therapists – helping them become happier and healthier by simply cooking with the foods of the paleo diet.
When you have your hands on these delicious paleo recipes that I have put together, the same recipes I have passed onto my clients as well as health professionals I have consulted with, and the exact same recipes that have helped them to follow a healthier diet and achieve greater results in their health – you can too.

Quite Simply, I Believe This Is The Healthiest
And Most Beneficial Diet We Can Follow

Imagine seeing and feeling more results in your body and health in a week than you ever have in a lifetime.
These are the results my clients have experienced and that I have experienced as well – that’s why I’m a huge advocate for the paleo diet and I believe you too can experience how amazing it is to suddenly be able to go through your days with more energy, while seeing a happier, healthier body in the mirror.
How can eating natural foods that make up the paleo diet promote such wonderful results?  Simple: It is the nutritional value within each and every single food source that our body thrives for. It is the vitamins, minerals, protein, fats and low GI carbohydrates that maintains the health of every organ in our body – and when everything is functioning optimally, you can’t help but to experience all the health benefits associated with optimal health.
This is why I have created the Paleo Cookbooks, a total collection of hundreds of my favorite paleo friendly recipes that will help you follow the healthiest and most nutritious diet in the world. These Cookbooks contain:

Chocolate Valentine's Day Recipes

Three chocolate baking recipes for your valentine this Valentine's Day.

By Jill Seader

We all know that the way to a woman’s heart is through chocolate. And chocolate treats that you make yourself is sure to win her heart this Valentine’s Day

These three chocolate baking recipes are simple ones to make that hardly take any time at all. She will love the fact that you took the time to make something yourself. It always means more to get something that you have made for her than something you bought.

Chocolate Creams

1 package (8 squares) semi-sweet chocolate squares

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup butter

1 3/4 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

finely chopped pecans

In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate squares with the butter over low heat. Take it off of the heat and add in the confectioners’ sugar, cream and vanilla. Chill in the refrigerator until it holds together when shaped (about 1 hour). Form into balls and roll them in the pecans. If you want to take a little more time to make your Valentine’s Day treat even more special, shape the dough into hearts and put red and pink sprinkles on them. Make sure to store them in the refrigerator.

Chocolate Pudding Cake

1 package chocolate cake mix

1 large package (6 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix

1 cup water

1/4 cup oil

4 eggs

1 container chocolate frosting

pink and red sprinkles

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs. With an electric mixer, beat the mixture for 2 minutes. Grease (take butter and smear it over the bottom and sides of the pan) and flour (put about 1/4 cup of flour in the pan after you’ve greased it and shake it around, covering the bottom and sides completely) a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until cake tests done (put a toothpick in the center and when it comes out without anything on it, it’s done). Allow to cool for 30 minutes to an hour and then frost with the chocolate frosting. Shake the red and pink sprinkles evenly over the top of the cake for added Valentine’s Day decoration.

Fudge Cookies

2 cups white sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 square semi-sweet chocolate

1/2 cup milk

3 cups oatmeal

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup coconut

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together the sugar, butter, chocolate, and milk. Stir almost constantly. When mixture starts to boil around the edges, start to stir it constantly. Allow the mixture to boil for one minute. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the oatmeal, pecans and coconut. Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets covered in waxed paper.

For an added Valentine’s Day touch, put a candy heart on top of each one. Put in the refrigerator to set until hardened (overnight works best). Be sure to store them in the refrigerator.

Fat Burning Oatmeal Recipes

Easy Oatmeal fat-burning recipes that are delicious. Try this in the morning to give you energy while burning stubborn belly fat.
By Heather Picken

One of my favorite fat-burning foods that will help women burn more fat, especially excess belly fat is oatmeal. That is why I wanted to share some of my quick and tasty recipes for those of you who don’t have a lot of time but want to slim down and tone up.

If you incorporate oatmeal every day in your fat-burning menu you will start to notice your belly shrinking rather than eating a bagel, toast, or sugary cereal. Oatmeal also is a great source of fiber which we need in order for our bodies to run like clockwork.
Oatmeal has very little fat, and 27 grams of good complex carbs for ½ cup.

You can use the slow cooking or the instant (plain). It provides great energy all day long, and you can also eat this for a post workout meal but just add some protein powder to it. If you are in a hurry you can make a big batch of it the night before and warm it up in the morning or eat it cold.Yes, that’s right I said cold.

The following recipes can be prepared by stove top or microwave -use 1/2 cup of water when cooking

Peanut butter Oatmeal
Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar) 1 tbl. of all natural peanut butter
Microwave or cook on stove top stir in peanut butter.
Pumpkin Oatmeal
Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar) Dash of cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 2 tbl. of unsweetened pumpkin 1 tbl of powdered non-fat milk
Egg Oatmeal

Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar) Dash of cinnamon 1 packet of splenda
Mix in 4 egg white while cooking oats.
Maple Nut Oatmeal
Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar) 1 Tablespoon of no-sugar syrup 8 almonds
Stir in syrup after cooking and top off with almonds.
High Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar) 1-2 scoops of protein powder of your choice after cooking stir in protein powder

Faux Cookie Dough Oatmeal (Yes that’s right)
Ingredients: 1/2 cup oatmeal (use quick or slow cooking oats without sugar) 1 packet of splenda

Prepare this overnight or put in the freezer after cooking for about 30 min.

This is an acquired taste but it tastes similar to cookie dough without the sugar and fat!
